About
C&C Creations, formerly Surprise Creations Made By Cilla, is a Bebington business making sweet treats, party favours, sensory toys and gift hampers for every kind of celebration and budget. It began in 2020, after Cilla's first child arrived during lockdown, and has been growing ever since.
Party favours start from just £1, with sweetie bags, cones, boxes and platters for birthdays, baby showers, christenings, weddings, graduations and school events. Orders are taken through its social media pages.
