Dough & Doppio is an independent Italian-style street-food bakery in Bromborough. Its slow-fermented, handmade focaccia is filled to order with Italian favourites like mortadella, prosciutto, burrata and aged cheeses. It began small and has grown through word of mouth and local support, without cutting corners on the dough.
