GurkhaFlame is a Nepalese restaurant and bar in Higher Bebington serving traditional comfort food and street-food favourites with Himalayan spices. Owner and head chef Prem Tamang learned to cook in the countryside outside Kathmandu and later worked at Hilton, Sofitel and Radisson. Everything is made from scratch with fresh ingredients, with warm service and fair prices.
